What is your return policy?

We would hope that you love the products that you have selected, however, we know that there may be some cases where it isn't the right fit. We do allow returns within the first 30 after receiving your products.

Can I send something as a gift with a message?

With a small charge of 5$ you can send a gift to a friend. WE will package and write your message before sending it off to the lucky recipient.

How long will my product take to ship?

Our office is open from 9:00AM - 5:00PM Monday through Friday. Once you place an order, we will ship it out as soon as we are able too. After we send out your new products, you should receive them within a week of ordering.

Does the purchase of the product really help the people in less developed countries?

Yes! The money WE receive goes back into the WE Empower Program, our micro-finance program and entrepreneur training for many individuals in developing countries.

Can I make an additional donation?

Yes! If you love our products, but aren't ready to commit to any yet, you can leave a donation to help our communities by visiting our Donations Page!
